Job Transaction Processing - Sort

Use the options under the SORT menu to change the order in which the lines on the Job Transaction Processing screen are displayed and printed in reports. By default, the lines are displayed in the order in which they were added.

1. Display the Job Transaction Processing screen.

Refer to "Managing Service Jobs".

2. Select SORT then select one of the following options:

• STAGE - sort the job lines according to job stage
• ITEM / LABOUR- sort the job lines by item or labour ID
• SUPPLIER - sort the job lines by supplier ID
• CATEGORY - sort the job lines by category
• DATE - sort the job lines by the date in which they were added to the job.

Micronet redisplays the Job Transaction Processing screen with the job lines sorted in the selected order.
